A. Contact form We collect name, email address, phone number, event type and message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and communicate with you by email, phone or WhatsApp. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). B. Event planning form ("LET'S PLAN!") We collect first name, last name, email address, phone number, event date, number of guests, event type, event details and, optionally, attached documents. The purpose is to prepare and manage catering proposals, communicate with you and organise the requested services. Attached documents are used solely to assess the enquiry and are not intended for permanent storage. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). C. Technical security and abuse prevention We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 in the planning form, but only if you have previously given your consent, to protect the form against automated abuse. In that case, Google may process technical data (IP address, browsing behaviour) in accordance with its own privacy policy. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google Analytics 4 We only load Google Analytics 4 if you have previously accepted the use of analytics cookies via the cookie banner. This website uses the fonts Cormorant Garamond and Jost, which are served directly from our own server. No connections are made to Google Fonts servers and no data is transmitted to Google for this purpose.
